• Upload documents as PDFs whenever possible. JPG or PNG is fine if the image is clear.
• If you need to scan, we recommend Microsoft Office Lens (free) or the iPhone Notes App scanner.
• If you take a photo, place the document on a flat surface, use good lighting, and make sure the entire page is visible.
